Richard Weaver Obituary
Richard L. Weaver, 64, of McComb, passed away at 1:05 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2022, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.
He was born July 2, 1958, in Toledo, to the late Cloyce and Marie (Yerger) Weaver. He married the love of his life, Rose (Stechschulte), on July 24, 1995, and she survives.
Richard is also survived by his daughters, Lindsay (Quincy) Jackson of Hilliard and Melinda S. Kaufman of Grove City; son, Ronald (Roni) Kaufman of Bluffton; brothers, Ed Weaver of Toledo and Rick (Jane) Weaver of West Virginia; sisters, Venessa (Paul) Groat of Toledo and Tina (J.R.) Leamen of Washington; beloved grandchildren, Nikeea Heston, Teneea Heston, Shylee Kaufman, Sacoya Jackson, Ronald Kaufman, Kamea Kaufman, and Peylee Johnson; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Shawndala Kaufman; and sister, Tammy Marie Weaver.
Richard was employed at Whirlpool Corporation, where he worked since 1991. He enjoyed his Harley-Davidson motorcycles, participating in Toys for Tots, golfing, classic cars, and cheering on Minnesota Vikings, but his greatest love was spending time with his grandchildren.
Richard's funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, 2022, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, 205 W. Sandusky Street, Findlay. Burial will be at McComb Union Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022, and 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
