Jenny Critchet Obituary
Jenny L. Critchet, 65, of Arcadia, passed away Friday, Aug. 25, 2023, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay, surrounded by her family after a short battle with cancer.
She was born Sept. 13, 1957, in Napoleon, the daughter of Richard Sr. and Bonnie (Beavers) Fenstermaker. She married Dallas Critchet on June 29, 1979, and he survives in Arcadia.
Jenny graduated from Napoleon High School in 1975. She was employed at ACE Hardward Store, downtown Findlay, for 27 years where she met and helped many friends. Jenny enjoyed cooking, decorating, traveling, and camping. You could find Jenny at horse shows, ball games, concerts, and dance recitals being her grandchildren's biggest fan and cheerleader.
Jenny is survived by her husband of 44 years, Dallas; mother, Bonnie Fenstermaker of Deshler; son, Darrin Critchet of Fremont; daughter, Jill (Phil) Critchet-Burdue of Napoleon; grandchildren, KC Critchet of Findlay, Tyler Livesay of Fostoria, and Carter Critchet-Burdue and Raigan Critchet-Burdue, both of Napoleon; brother, Daryl "Buck" (Linda) Fenstermaker; sisters, Dikkilee (Jerry) Bowman, Leslie (Mike) Nagel, and Jamie (Brad) Kinder; sisters-in-law, Barb (Chris Dec.) Theleritis, Marilyn (Denny Dec.) Crichet, and Sandy (Mark) Micheli; brother-in-law, Jim (Em) Reile; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Dallas "Tim" Critchet; father, Dick Fenstermaker; brother, Rick Fenstermaker; a niece; a nephew; and two great-nephews.
A memorial gathering will be 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2023, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay.
Memorial contributions may be directed towards Bridge Home, Health, and Hospice.
