Virginia Dauer Obituary
Virginia Marie Dauer, 90, of Findlay, passed away peacefully Saturday, Sept. 17, 2022, at home surrounded by people who loved her.
She was a member of St. Michael's Church in Findlay. She met the love of her life, Vincent Dauer, and together they had five children. Ginny retired from Northwest Ohio Developmental Center in 1992.
Ginny was preceded in death by her loving husband, Vincent; parents; and two brothers, Jack and Jim Trese.
She is survived by four sons, Dave (Marianne), Doug (Kathy), Dan (Lisa), and Don (Lisa) Dauer; daughter, Mary Alice Dauer; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Tom and Joe Trese; and sister, Alice Trese.
Friends may visit 2-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, 2022, at Coyle Funeral Home, 1770 S. Reynolds Rd., Toledo, Ohio, 43614. Virginia's funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23, 2022, at the funeral home. We had the pleasure of getting to know Ginny through our friendship with Mary. She was such a sweet and gracious lady, and it was our privilege to have her visit with us several time. Our prayers are with you as you go through this time of loss. She will be greatly missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Ginny at NODC. She was such a unique individual, and had a great sense of humor. I have many fond memories of working and partying with her. As you grieve the loss of Ginny, I am praying that you're comforted by your memories of her and held close in God's love. Keeping all of you in my prayers during this difficult time.
