Victoria “Vicki” Lynne Marshall 74, went to be with her Lord on Monday, February 3rd 2025, after a brief illness.
Victoria was born to Helen “Vandall” Marshall and Gurn Marshall on August 18, 1950 in DesMoines, Iowa. She moved to Colorado as a young girl where she developed a love for the outdoors and all of the wonderful things Colorado offered. Victoria was the eldest of her siblings. As a young girl, she developed several close friendships that she carried with her throughout her adult life. That was just the type of friend she was.
Victoria graduated in 1968 from Wheatridge High School in Wheatridge, Colorado. After graduation, Victoria traveled with a close knit group of friends, living off the land and taking odd jobs when needed. Victoria returned home to family in 1977, feeling a calling from the Lord to do so. She welcomed her daughter, Christina Marshall surrounded by her family. Victoria was very strong in her faith, always deferring to the Lord when she was at a crossroads and keeping him at the forefront of her life.
Victoria had several professions through her life. She worked at Neusteters Department Store and Mountain Bell. She took time away from the professional arena to raise her daughter. Victoria traveled around the United States following her faith and mentorship do her parents. She returned to Colorado and settled in the Denver Metro Area for the remainder of her life. Later in life, Victoria felt a calling to work as a nanny, a household manager, and eventually earned her CNA license. Victoria spent her later years working with clients that needed companionship.
No matter the paths she took, she always felt that God was there and watching over her and her family.
Victoria was preceded in death by her parents, Gurn and Helen Marshall, her eldest Brother Billy Marshall, and Brother Jeffrey Marshall. She is survived by Daughter, Christina Marshall, Sister Denise “Marshall” Gurley, Sister In Law Patty Marshall, and Nephew Phillip Marshall.
Memories of Victoria will always be her will to do things her own way and in her own time. She held strong to her faith and her love of Jesus Christ. No matter the paths she took, she always felt that God was there watching over her and her family, guiding her to where she needed to be. Victoria trail blazed her own path through life and will be greatly missed.
Her family is comforted in knowing Vicki is now at peace and joyful in the presence of our God and Savior, Jesus Christ.
