Vicki Jurkiewicz Obituary

Vicki Jurkiewicz

Vicki Jurkiewicz has reached her heavenly home. Her family is comforted in knowing that her body and mind are whole, and her spirit is at peace, after battling Alzheimer's.

She was looking forward to a joyous reunion with her parents, Melray and Phyllis Aldrich; sisters Janis and Linda; and beloved husband, Michael Jurkiewicz, whom she has missed terribly since his passing in May.

She leaves behind a daughter, Heather Schultz (Steve), of Jacksonville, Florida; and four grandchildren, Madeline, Olivia, Jack, and Emma. Vicki adored her nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

She was a gifted hostess and used her love for cooking to serve and care for others during her long career at Blanchard Valley Hospital. She found joy and fellowship greeting guests at the YMCA and volunteered her time and talents to serve her church community faithfully. She was passionate about her country and had a radiant smile that lit up her face.

To celebrate her life, there will be an open house from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, March 15, 2025, at The Swan House Tea Room, 225 W Sandusky Street, Findlay.

Anyone wishing to make a tribute in her honor, may bless The Flag City Honor Flight with a donation.
