Terry Feay

Terry D. Feay, 86, of Findlay, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 15, 2025. He was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, December 26, 1938.

Terry is survived by the love of his life, Leah (Nordin); along with three children, Douglas (Karen) Feay of Findlay, Rhonda Lunder of Findlay, and Renee (William) Sullivan of Oakdale, Minnesota. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Douglas II, Shonic, Shay, Shelby, and Dakota; and seven great-grandchildren. He will be missed by many friends and family scattered throughout the USA.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, George and Violet Feay; and sister, Shirley Johnson.

Terry was in the Navy, stationed at Treasure Island in California, and became a long-time L.A. Dodgers fan. One of his favorite quotes was "Dodger Blue since '52." He also enjoyed watching the Rams and Lakers, along with "watching" golf and listening to the "old" country western songs/artists. Terry had an excellent memory and was full of stories. He looked forward to camping and gathering family together for reunions.

Terry was in the wholesale liquor distribution business for over 30 years in Sioux Falls and then moved to Quincy, California, to own and operate El Torito Loco for 10 years. After retiring, he volunteered by driving for the VA and Meals on Wheels in Quincy.

A memorial service for Terry will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Findlay. The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
