Nancy R. Foust

Nancy R. Foust, 77, of Findlay, died Saturday, June 17, 2023, at The Heritage.

She was born Nov. 26, 1945, in Findlay, the daughter of Ray and Ruth (Monday) Bausman. She married Merle Foust on Dec. 14, 1963, and he preceded her in death Feb. 20, 2019.

Nancy's survivors include her daughters, Shelley Peterson of Bozeman, Montana, and Melissa (Mike Elwood) Sanders of Findlay; three grandchildren, Colter Peterson, Robert (Marisa) Sanders, and Jacob Sanders; two great-grandchildren, Lexington and Paxton Sanders; and brother, Ed (Sue) Bausman of Findlay.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sister, Sally Edgington.

Nancy and Merle were the former owners of the Happy at Home pet sitting business in Findlay. She was a lover of all animals and also enjoyed cooking.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2023, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. There will be no services at this time.

Memorial contributions may be directed towards Hancock County Humane Society or Alzheimer's Association.
