James David "Jay" Reynolds II passed away peacefully Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023, at Bridge Hospice Care Center.

Jay was born March 19, 1955, in Toledo, to James and Evie Reynolds, who preceded him in death. Jay was also preceded in death by his first wife of over 20 years, Judy Reynolds. He then married Roxann (Crawford) Reynolds on May 15, 2021, and she survives.

He is also survived by his daughter, Jordan (Alan) Holman; son, Jeff (Monica) Mericle, James (Jessie) Mericle and Jeremy Mericle, Jamaal, Jaron, and Jayden (Veronica) Stanton; grandchildren, Bayleigh, Mackenzie, Shelby (Grant), Alexis, John, Logan, Kenyon, Marcelo, and Noemi; sisters, Debbie (Ernest) Sasse and Julie Reynolds; and many nieces and nephews.

Jay loved his family, fishing, spending time on his boat, and "dinking" around in his barn.

A celebration of life service will be at a later date.
