Although I know words offer small comfort in your hour of sorrow, I do wish to express my sincere sympathy to you on the loss of your brother. He was truly a remarkable person to have borne that long and painful illness with such uncomplaining courage.

Jim was a valuable member of the Riverbend Community Garden. Always welcoming with a smile and offering to help out watering plants if you were away for a few days. I have fond memories of talking with Jim about my aspirations to own a flower farm several years ago and since them he would always ask if I'd found my farm. He will be missed. My deepest sympathies to Jim's Family. -Anne Traer, Medford Hillside
