Gregg White Obituary
Gregg Ryan White, 67, of Fostoria, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026, at his home.
He was born February 23, 1959, in Fostoria, to the late Jack and Dorothy (Romig) White. He married Joann Marie Cassidy on October 14, 1994, in Fostoria, and she survives.
Also surviving are two stepsons, Foster (Tanya) Kagy and Hunter Kagy.
He was also preceded in death by two siblings, Gary White and Cheryl Keiffer.
Gregg began his career as a machinist at Norton Manufacturing and later NSI Crankshaft, where he retired after 44 years. He was a graduate of Fostoria High School and a member of Hope Lutheran Church. Gregg was also a United States Army Veteran and loved fishing, golfing, and watching sports.
Military honors will be performed by the United Veterans of Fostoria Honor Guard at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 4, 2026, at HOENING & SON FUNERAL HOME, 133 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, Ohio 44830, where a memorial service will follow with Pastor Robin Kapostasy presiding. Following the service, there will be a funeral luncheon and continued celebration of Gregg's life in the funeral home's reception area.
Memorial contribu-tions are suggested to F.A.C.T. (Financial Assistance for Cancer Treatment) or Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay, in care of the funeral home.
