Debra Hardwick Obituary
Debra Hardwick, 66, of Findlay, passed away Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022, at Fox Run Manor. She was born Aug. 29, 1956, in Findlay, to Donald and Ruth (Minard) VanAtta. Debra married Denny Hardwick in April, 1976, and he preceded her in death in 2019. Shortly after they began their life together, they had two sons, Kevin and Kyle. Debra then became a full-time homemaker raising her two children.
Debra was a Findlay High School graduate and a life member of Findlay Amvets. She loved and enjoyed the many pets the family had over the years.
Debra is survived by her two sons, Kevin (Shelly) Hardwick and Kyle (Melissa) Hardwick, both of Findlay; eight grandchildren, Tobias, Taylor, Destiny, Madison, Halaynna, Kylie, Boston, and Zoey; and one great-grandson, Tatum Ledbetter. In addition to her parents and husband, Debra was preceded in death by her brother, Donald VanAtta Jr.
A celebration of Debra's life will be 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 16, 2022, at Findlay AMVETS Post 21, 423 W. Trenton Ave. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500), has been entrusted with arrangements. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.huffordfh.com.
