Darrell was a classmate of mine at the Vanlue Local School. On our Senior Trip Darrell shared a large bedroom with Jerrold Stout and my self. I woke in the middle of one night to find Darrell watching television. I don't know whether his family had TV in their home, or whether he was fascinated by the 24 hours per day of New York City TV. In rural northwest Ohio in the late fifties and early sixties TV wen to bed about midnight. Later Darrell taught me how to tie Windsor knot in my necktie. I will always be grateful for that. After graduation we both went our separate ways, and I lost track of Darrell.
Rest in peace my friend and fellow classmate.
