During Cassie´s short time on earth, she impacted the many lives that she touched through her love and kindness. I know she impacted mine in a very positive way for the short time that she taught at Arcadia and was my colleague and friend. I feel blessed to have known her. May the many wonderful memories you have of Cassie help to ease the pain through the difficult days ahead.

I am saddened to hear of the passing of Cassie. My favorite memories of Cassie are of her walking strong in our neighborhood and working just as hard behind her desk at school. I was her substitute teacher many times at Van Buren Elementary School or I was teaching on her floor. She was so proud of her family´s accomplishments with happy pictures all around her comfort space in her room. Her enthusiasm for her students was evident and helped me to know each person´s interest in the lessons taught for each day I subbed for her. I´m sending sincere sympathies to all the Ohlrich family as you grieve and that hope that wonderful memories of Cassie sustain you each day ahead. Love & Care, Claudia Benjamin
