Brenda Kay Niedermeyer

Brenda Kay Niedermeyer

September 9, 1963 - April 21, 2025

Brenda entered this life September 9, 1963, in Findlay. She was the first child of the late Rosemary (Ward) Niedermeyer and Robert Niedermeyer Jr. She spent her childhood in Findlay, where she spent much of her childhood with her paternal grandparents, Richard and Mary Shuck. She truly was the apple of their eye. After graduating from Findlay Senior High School, she joined the United States Army.

As an adult, she made Carey her home. Brenda leaves behind two sons, James A. Niedermeyer of Findlay and Richard D. (Natalie) Niedermeyer of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Her grandson, Andrew, was the apple of her eye and always brought a smile to her face.

Brenda also leaves behind two brothers, Randall M. (Brenda) Gillogly of Columbus and Robert A. Niedermeyer of Jacksonville, Florida; as well as one sister, Debora (James) Spurr of Palatka, Florida.

She was preceded in death by a brother, David Lee Niedermeyer; a sister, Kathryn Ann Gillogly; and a sister, Lori Ann (Gillogly) Gatchell.

Brenda moved to Fort Walton Beach, Florida, in 2009 for the last chapter of her life, where she was united with her love, Earl Cal for 16 years.

She has been cremated, and a memorial is planned for September.
