Donna, Becky and Bob, I have such fond memories of Bill, I remember you all coming out to our house in Van Buren, sledding and having lots of fun in our basement. My Dad considered Bill a great friend, what a force he was. Please accept my deepest sympathies on your loss. Diana Lauer Halliday

It was my honor and total pleasure to be chosen by and to collaborate with Mr. Ruse to bring dialysis services to Blanchard Valley Hospital and the Findlay Community. Two years later he decided we needed to expand our services to Fostoria, so we did, just like that. I have never enjoyed working with anyone as I did Mr. Ruse. He was so smart, innovative, progressive, extraordinarily kind and a man of integrity. Rest in total peace Mr. Ruse. Your legacy lives on. My deepest condolences to his family.
