Bill,While knowing you for a relatively short period of time I DID GET TO KNOW YOU. You were a Police officer at Central Precinct Night Relief, Portland Police Bureau and i was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with, and around you. You were a dedicated and excellent officer and a pleasure to work with. Rest In Peace Bill, YOU ARE MISSED. Clyde Harmon, Retired Central PPB
