Virgie Kathleen Snyder, 87, of DeKalb, Illinois, passed away Monday, January 2, 2023, at Bethany Rehab and Health Care Center in DeKalb.
She was born May 28, 1935, in Laurdtown, Arkansas, the daughter of Earl and Willie May (Malone) Healy.
Kay was a member of the Church of Christ, Sycamore.
She is survived by her son, Bill (Fiona) Snyder; siblings, Vivian (John) Anderson and Maria (Fred) Douglass; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ray in 1978.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 6, 2023, at Fairview Park Cemetery in DeKalb.
