Victoria Reynolds Obituary
Victoria Jane (Conley) "Vicky" Rushing Reynolds, 76, of Fostoria, passed away at 4 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2024.
She was born May 13, 1947, in Lebanon, Indiana, to Richard and Thelma (Wilson) Conley.
Vicky was married to Ray Rushing for 50 years, living in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Florida. Their son, Ty Rushing, was born Jan. 4, 1970, in Tiffin. They moved to Florida in 1979 and remained there until Ray died in 2016.
In 2020, she married David R. Reynolds and he survives in Fostoria.
Also treasuring her memory is her son, Ty (Carrie) Rushing of Greenville, SC and their two children, James and Caitlyn; sister, Mic of Miami, Florida; nephew, Geoff; and stepchildren, Sherri Reynolds of Toledo, Jeanie Riedel of Findlay, and Shawn Reynolds of Fostoria.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Ray Rushing; and brother, Rick Conley.
Vicky enjoyed bowling, gospel sings, cruises, trips to Pigeon Forge, train rides, and her dogs. She was raised in the Nazarene Church and her entire life was a faithful believer in Jesus Christ.
Private arrangements have been entrusted to Mann-Hare-Hoening Funeral Home, Fostoria.
Memorial contributions may be considered to an animal shelter of the donor's choice.

To my beloved sister Victoria Jane Reynolds. Thanks for all the wonderful memories my favorite seester! So grateful we never had a fight or argument where we we were not speaking! That's beautiful, just like your soul! Forever in my heart. Thank you for all you gave & did. You are sorely missed.
