Vicki Wade Obituary
Vicki Lynn Wade, 70, of Findlay, passed away Sunday, Oct. 2, 2022, at Bridge Hospice Care Center. Vicki was born Sept. 13, 1952, in Fostoria, to the late Wilbur and Velma (Harrold) Loman. She married Thomas Wade on Aug. 22, 1970, and he preceded her in death.
Vicki was a homemaker, taking great care of her husband and children and delighting in her grandchildren. She was a member of American Legion, AMVETS, Findlay D.A.V., Fostoria Eagles, and V.F.W. Vicki was a big Michigan Wolverines, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Cincinnati Reds fan.
Vicki is survived by her children, Gary (Lorie) Wade, William (Bert) Wade, Sondra (Wade) Schiltz, and Jody (Karen, deceased) Riddle; 15 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and brother, James Loman. Vicki was also preceded in death by a daughter, Janice Wade; a grandson; and brother, Michael Loman.
Friends and family may visit 2-4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2022, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500). Vicki's funeral will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The family asks those who will be attending to dress in your favorite sports team attire. Memorial contributions in Vicki's name may be made to American Legion, 120 W. Front St., Findlay. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.huffordfh.com.
