Sheila Corcoran Obituary

Sheila Linder Corcoran

Sheila Corcoran, born June 14, 1953, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025, at the age of 72. A native of Baton Rouge and longtime resident of Fairhope, Daphne and Gulf Shores, Alabama, Sheila was known for her love of art and music festivals, her joy in cooking, and her deep affection for the children who lovingly called her "She-She." To know Sheila was to know about Kennedy and Addison-her pride and joy. If you spent even a few minutes with her, you were sure to hear about them. Sheila was a loyal friend whose presence left a lasting impact. Her bond with Chip Robert, Ms. Lou Duvall, Darrly Zachary and Pete Blohme was unwavering; they stood by her with love until the very end. Her sister, Rhonda, and sister-in-law ,Sheila, were more than family. They were her devoted caregivers and walked beside her with grace, tenderness, compassion and love. Their act of devotion will never be forgotten. Sheila will be deeply missed by her loving family, Marc Albarado (Dodie), Kennedy and Addison Albarado, Brent Linder (Sheila), and Rhonda Jurasinski (Joel). She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Kenneth Albarado; her mother, Betty Kauffman; and her sister, Angela Kosick. A private memorial will be in Fairhope, Alabama, at a later date.

Yesterday

Sheila was at Landmark North and the room next to my mother, Rebecca MCMorris. When I was there, I would go by and see if she needed anything. One of the things we did is give her some of Mother´s clothes the week that she passed so she wasn´t able to use them. We were so surprise to see her room empty and that she went to be with her Heavenly Father. I will miss visiting with her.
