Sharon Brown Obituary

Sharon Kay Brown

Sharon Kay (Woodward) Brown, 80, of Findlay, passed away Sunday, March 2, 2025, at Mennonite Memorial Nursing Home in Bluffton. She was born in Findlay June 29, 1944, to the late George W. and Ethel M. (Roller) Woodward.

On January 29, 1962, she married Elmer A. Brown, and they later divorced August 7, 1978; he preceded her death. Surviving are their children, Belinda K. Charlton of Findlay, Rodney A. Brown of Louisville, Kentucky, and Mark A. Brown of Louisville, Kentucky; as well as six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Sharon is also survived by one brother, Thomas R. Woodward of Arizona.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard E. Woodward of Findlay.

Sharon loved children very much and was a caretaker of children for many years. She was also a long-time member of Central Church of Christ Findlay.

A celebration of life will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay. All friends and family are welcome to come visit and celebrate.
