Scott Jordan Obituary
Scott Andrew Jordan, 56, of North Baltimore, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Mercy Health - St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born December 26, 1969, in Sidney, Ohio, to Jesse and Pamela (Hileman) Jordan. Scott married Kelly Nelson in 1990, and together they shared 35 years of marriage.
Scott was a graduate of Lakota High School and attended Terra Technical College. His hobbies included computers, fixing things, and swimming. He loved his 1996 Mustang.
Scott is survived by his loving wife, Kelly; his children, Trevor Jordan, Katelin (Jordan) Cerny, and Brooks Jordan; three beloved grandchildren, Joshua Cerny Jr., Jesse Cerny, and Celeste Cerny; and son-in-law, Joshua Cerny.
He was preceded in death by both his parents; grandparents, Vergil and Emily Hileman; uncle, Steve Hileman, and mother-in-law, Linda Nelson.
There will be a graveside service for Scott Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in McComb, with Pastor Jim Klausing officiating. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500), is honored to serve Scott's family.
