Sara E. Williams

Sara E. Williams, 80, of Findlay, died at 2:40 p.m. Monday, September 1, 2025, at The Gardens at Paulding, Paulding, Ohio. She was born November 8, 1944, in Findlay, to Mark and Annabelle (Cunningham) Donaldson, who have since passed away. She married Murrill Williams Jr., June 22, 1977, in Jacksonville, North Carolina. He preceded her in death September 15, 2004.

Surviving is a daughter, Jennifer Fisher (Jason), Defiance; a grandson, Jameson Burriss, Defiance; a stepgrandson, Noah Fisher, Greenville, South Carolina; and a stepgranddaughter, Hannah Fisher, Defiance. Also surviving are stepdaughters, Marie Stuckman, Bucyrus, Teresa Eickamn (Fred), Lexington, South Carolina, and Michelle Williams, Toledo; a stepson, Michael Williams, Findlay; eight stepgrandchildren; nine stepgreat-grandchildren; a brother, Mark Donaldson Jr., Findlay; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death are a stepson, Timothy Williams; three sisters, Shirley Willis, Clara Williams, and Edna Rodriguez; and a brother, Stanley Donaldson.

Mrs. Williams was a 1962 graduate of Van Buren High School. She worked for several years at Ohio Bell and Marathon. Sara enjoyed her Tuesday night bowling league. She was an avid crafter with her needlepoint and crocheting.

Visitation for friends and family will be from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay. Funeral services will be immediately following at 3 p.m. Burial will be at Knollcrest Cemetery, east of Findlay, at a later date.
