Sandra Sallot Obituary
Sandra L Morgenroth Sallot, 81, of Fairfax, Virginia., died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2024, at her home.
She was born to Reynold Frederick Morgenroth and Hilda Emma (Doering) Morgenroth on May 11, 1943, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She married George David Sallot on Sept. 5, 1964, at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Glendale, Wisconsin.
Surviving her husband George; three sons, David Craig of Heath, Jeffrey Paul of San Bruno, California and Steven Mark of Annadale, Virginia; five grandchildren, Victoria Noel, Sophie Alexandria, Maddy Grace, Sadie Vivian and Naomi SandyLynn Sallot; and her sister, Karen Morgenroth Starks of Waupun, Wisconsin.
Sandra was an amazing mother of three sons and a loving support for her husband. She retired as a registered nurse after over 30 years with Blanchard Valley Health System in Findlay.
She graduated from Milwaukee Hospital School of Nursing in August 1964. She was a Life Member of Disable American Veterans Auxiliary. Sandra was a member of Living Savior Lutheran Church in Fairfax, Station, Virginia. She strongly supported the food ministries of the congregation.
A memorial service will be at Living Savior Lutheran Church at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Concordia Lutheran Church, designate "Food Ministry" located at 3637 Graham Park Rd., Triangle, VA. 22172.
