Ryan Buck Obituary
Ryan Buck, 25, of Zeeland, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024. Ryan will be deeply missed, but his family finds solace in knowing he is with his Lord and Savior, whom he followed passionately.
He will be forever remembered as a kind soul, a devoted husband to his beloved Kayla Buck, and an adoring father to his daughter Sloane Avery Buck. Ryan's presence brightened the lives of those around him with his infectious humor and sarcasm, always keeping family and friends on their toes. A natural athlete, he found joy in the outdoors, especially in the game of golf and hiking adventures with his wife. He was a master on the grill and enjoyed smoking brisket and ribs for his family to enjoy.
Ryan was born Dec. 22, 1998, in Findlay to Randy and Julie Buck. He attended Baker College of Flint, where he met his beloved wife Kayla. They married Oct. 8, 2022, and welcomed their beautiful daughter Sloane Nov. 25, 2023.
Ryan is survived by his wife, Kayla Buck; daughter, Sloane Avery Buck; parents, Randy and Julie Buck; sister, Kristen (Brent) Warren; grandparents, John and Jenny Zirkle; mother-in-law, Missy Broekhuis; father-in-law, Chris (Nicole, Kairi, and Jayden) Broekhuis; sister-in-law: Amber (Jed) Luurtsema (niece Josie); brothers-in-law: Jared Broekhuis and Ethan Broekhuis; grandparents-in-law: Marilyn Broekhuis, William and Vicki Stickley.
Ryan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Helen Buck; and grandfather-in-law, Lyle Broekhuis.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2024, at The Foundry Church, 425 100th Street, Zeeland, MI 49464.
Memorial contributions may be given to support Ryan's beloved daughter, Sloan Avery Buck. Arrangements are by Yntema Funeral Home, 251 South State St. Zeeland, MI 49464. www.yntemafh.com
