Robert Lewis "Bob" Isenbarger

Robert "Bob" Isenbarger, 71, of Arlington, passed away Friday, May 26, 2023, at Bridge Hospice Care Center.

He was born July 1, 1951, in Kenton, to Robert Lee and Helen Lorain (Riling) Isenbarger. He married Catherine (Hinkle) Isenbarger on Jan. 16, 1971, and she preceded him in death in April, 2001. They had three sons, Barry (Trish) of Delaware, Ohio, Clint of Forest, and Casey (Rebecca) of Florida.

He married Linda (Branan) Isenbarger on June 17, 2011, and welcomed Anthony (Beth) and Angie (Rich) and their children.

He is also survived by his brother, Darius (Deb) Isenbarger of Kenton, Deb (Gary) Fulks of Dunkirk, Cheryl (Howard) vonStein of Jenera, and Greg (Vicki) Isenbarger of Dunkirk.

Bob was also preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Jeffrey.

Bob and Linda share 11 grandchildren (one granddaughter and 10 grandsons), four great-grandchildren, and one stepgrandson (deceased).

Bob was a 1969 graduate of Hardin-Northern High School. He retired from Whirlpool Corporation in 2017 following 45 years of service.

He served in Ohio National Guard for 13 years and was honorably discharged in 1984 with the distinction of Staff Sergeant.

He and Linda attended St. Paul Lutheran Church, Jenera. He had a love of cars, "Hot Rods" and Corvettes, and also enjoyed watching high school sports, especially the kids, grandkids and stepgrandsons in all of their sports and band shows. He enjoyed traveling, camping, and making furniture.

A graveside service will be Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Jenera, with Pastor Steve Ramsey officiating.
