Richard Meier Obituary
Richard Joseph Meier, 63, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023.
Richard grew up in Findlay and was a graduate of Hocking Tech College, earning a degree in Forestry. He relocated to Knoxville, Tennessee in 1995. Richard was a successful entrepreneur, running M&M Painting Etc. for over 20 years. He was a father of two loving sons, awesome husband, and animal lover. Richard never knew a stranger and always offered to help anyone in need. He had an adventurous soul, living a full life.
Richard is survived by his loving wife, Heather; sons, Tyler and John Paul (Shelby); parents, Bob and Jean Meier; sister, Chris (Michael Smoody); and brother, Phillip.
Richard's cats, Doobs and Pika, will greatly miss him.
He was preceded in death by his mom, Miriam.
Family and friends will meet from 5-6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2023, at Click Funeral Home, Middlebrook Pike Chapel, for a celebration of life gathering. The service will start at 6 p.m.
