Patricia Martin Obituary
Patricia A. Martin, 92, of Fostoria, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2025, at her home. She was born May 26, 1932, in Tiffin, to Harry C. and Ruth (Stykeman) Fillhart. She married David W. Martin Sr. July 5, 1947, in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He passed away June 14, 2008.
She is survived by daughters, Jacqueline (Ron) Doogs and Kimberly (Gregg) Biddle, both of Fostoria; sisters, Barbara Chamberlain and Clara Zimmerman; grandchildren, David Martin, Brian Martin, John (Elisha) Martin, Teresa (Rich) Cassady, Jack (Dawn) Hartley Jr., Jennifer (Pratt) Robinson, Jeffery (Marla) Biddle, Nicole (Mike) Judson, Shawn (Tara) Doogs, Mike (Nichole) Doogs, and Jason Doogs; 28 great-grandchildren; and 24 great-great-grandchildren.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David W. Martin Sr.; son, David Martin Jr.; daughter, Christine Hartley; son-in-law, Jack Hartley; and brother, Wilbur "Jack" Fillhart.
Patricia was the owner and operator of "Beauty Walk" hair salon in Fostoria and also worked at GSW in Findlay. She was a member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Elks, Eagles, and Fostoria Chapter No. 94 Order of the Eastern Star. Pat loved to read and attend her grandchildren's sporting events.
Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 23, 2025, at St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Fostoria. Burial will take place at St. Wendelin Cemetery, Fostoria.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home, Fostoria.
Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Bridge Hospice.
