Patricia Creeger Obituary
Patricia J. Creeger, 92, of North Baltimore and formerly of Tiffin, died at 9:46 a.m. Friday, January 3, 2025, at Briar Hill Health Campus. She was born April 4, 1932, in Bairdstown to the late Alfred and Martha (Jones) McCartney. She married John Harvey Creeger on August 12, 1952, and he preceded her in death April 21, 1986.
Patty is survived by her brother, Robert (Letha) McCartney of North Baltimore; sister, Norma McCartney of North Baltimore; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Guy, Junior and Jackie "Butch" McCartney; sisters, Freda Nungester, Thelma Campbell-Erford, Laura Jackson, Shirley Hagemeyer and Donna Billock.
Patty was a homemaker and had also worked at R.C.A. She enjoyed playing cards and was an animal lover, having had several dogs and cats throughout her life.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, January 9, 2025, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore, where visitation will be one hour (12-1 p.m.) prior to the service. Burial will be at Fairmont Cemetery, Tiffin. Pastor Bill Cook officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
