Mary Hampshire Obituary
Mary Ellen Hampshire, 98, went to her eternal home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, March 10, 2023, at Birchaven Village.
She was born July 26, 1924, in Findlay, to Harry V. Farmer and Lola G. Farmer Bare.
Mary was a member of Findlay Grace Brethren Church and faithful servant of God. She loved her large family and taking care of her children.
Mary is survived by her son, Robert Hampshire Jr.; daughters, Nancy Nigh, Linda (Dan) Dayringer, and Lou Ann (Jon Dishong) Hampshire; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Robert N. Hampshire Sr., in 2013; brothers, Clarence Farmer, George Farmer, and Robert Farmer; son-in-law, Ralph Nigh; daughter-in-law, June Hampshire; grandson, Kevin Anspach; and granddaughters, Cyndi Fasig and Aldijana Huffman.
Private family visitation will be Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500). Private interment will follow at Union Cemetery.

we send our sympathy and prayers to the family. My mom grew up living next door to Mary. She always said Mary was more like a mother to her than her own mother. She always speaks highly of Mary. I always thought Mary was was a great lady as well. Always sweet to everyone. She will be missed.
