Loralye Lauger

Loralye M. Lauger, 84, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

Loralye and her twin sister, Lyla Lee Hartman, were born Feb. 14, 1939, in Wood County, to Augusta H. and Frederick R. Hartman. She married Carl H. Ramm Jr. and they were later divorced. She then married Larry D. Lauger Sr. and they resided in Findlay until his passing in 2011.

She is survived by her twin sister, Lyla Lee Hartman; sisters, Alvina Doyle and Beverly Gerdeman; children, Kimberly Sue (Brad) Purdy, Carl H.(Terri) Ramm III, Frederick A. Ramm, Thomas E. Ramm, Larry D. (Becky) Lauger Jr., and Laurie D. Lauger; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Loralye was preceded in death by five siblings, Dorothy Hartman, Virginia Smith, Freda Merrick, Phyllis Cox, and Shirley Smith.

Loralye's passion was to be creative and loved spending time with her family gardening, painting, crafting, and solving puzzles. Her infectious love will be dearly missed.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Coldren-Crates Funeral Home, Findlay.
