In Loving Memory of Larry Oman

June 9, 1941 – June 23, 2025

Larry Oman, 84, passed away peacefully Monday, June 23, 2025, in Troy, Michigan. Born in Findlay, June 9, 1941, Larry was predeceased by his parents, Max and Edna Oman. Larry lived a life marked by dedication, love, and quiet strength. He attended Bowling Green State University, where he met the love of his life, Linda Neubeck. They shared 62 years of marriage until Linda's passing February 20, 2025.

Larry built a successful career with Eaton Corporation, where he worked as an executive for 35 years before retiring in 2000. He was known for his unwavering work ethic, integrity, and leadership.

Outside of work, Larry was an avid golfer and a passionate fly fisherman. Whether on the golf course or the river, he found joy and peace in nature.

Larry was a loyal friend, devoted husband, and loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his three sons, Greg (Kathy), Scott (Kristin), and Matt (Hollie), and by his nine beloved grandchildren. His generous spirit, unconditional love, and support will be remembered by all who knew him well.

A private family service will take place to honor Larry's life and legacy in August in his hometown of Findlay.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to a charity of donor's choice in Larry's memory.
