Laraine M. (Gray) Rocheleau, 79

1943 - 2023

Swampscott - Laraine M. (Gray) Rocheleau, age 79, of Swampscott, died Saturday at her home after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Robert J. Rocheleau, Sr. Born and raised in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Alberta (Charron) Gray. She was a graduate of Lynn English High School, class of 1962. She had lived in Swampscott for the greater part of her life.

Laraine had worked as a school uniform seamstress for many years with the Cranberry company. She enjoyed shopping, dancing and dining out. Her favorite times were the times she spent with her loving family.

She is survived by her four children; Heidi McKeever and her husband Michael, Robert J. Rocheleau, Jr and his wife Cory, Sharon Morgan, and Cheryl Menkello; her grandchildren; Michael McKeever, Jr. and his wife Nicole, Jessica McKeever, Brittany Greenberg and her husband Cameron, Brandon Rocheleau, and Jerome Anthony Menkello II; her great-grandchildren; Kayleigh, Emily, Michael III, and Christopher; her brothers; Joseph Gray and his wife Marsha, and James Gray; as well as her niece and nephews; Kathleen Hatcher and her husband Ed, Terrence Gray and David Abell and his wife Carmen. She was predeceased by her sister, Arlene Papadopolas, her nephews, Kevin Gray and Michael Papadopolas, and her son-in-law, John Morgan.

Service Information: Her visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4-8PM in the SOLIMINE FUNERAL HOME, 426 Broadway (Rt 129), Lynn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
