Kyle T. Springer

Kyle T. Springer, 17, of Findlay passed away Sunday, Nov. 3, 2024, at Nationwide Children's Hospital surrounded by his family.

He was born Aug. 28, 2007, in Columbus, Ohio, to Michael and Sonya Springer.

Kyle is survived by his parents, Michael (Sonya) Springer of Findlay; and a brother, Nathan Springer of Findlay.

Kyle was a sophomore at Findlay High School and was a member of Findlay Trojan Marching Band, and Findlay High School Symphonic Band. He also participated in Jazz Band and E-Sports. Prior to high school, Kyle was a student at Donnell Middle School and participated in Band as well as Jazz Band.

Kyle loved spending time with his family, and he enjoyed traveling with them each summer to various locations. He loved playing video games, camping with family, swimming, basketball, and encouraging others with his positive and kind attitude. Kyle attended Findlay First Church of the Nazarene, where he participated in youth group and grew to have a strong faith in the Lord. He was hoping to pursue a career in cyber security through Millstream Career Center.

Kyle leaves behind many friends and family that loved him greatly. These include his father, mother, and brother; his grandfather, Marlin Bishop of Mt. Blanchard; his uncle, Brian (Kathy) Bishop of Findlay; his aunt, Joyce (Colby) Olson of Marion, Massachusetts; his cousins, Cecilia Lester, Kelsey Olson, Troy Olson and Tate Olson.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Rose Marie Springer of Wapakoneta; and his grandmother, Virginia Bishop of Mt. Blanchard.

Kyle's visitation will be from 4-7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, 2024, at Findlay First Church of the Nazarene. Additional visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024, until the time of service, at Findlay First Church of the Nazarene. The Rev. Mike McClurg will officiate, and burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Coldren-Crates Funeral Home.
