Joan R. Ford

Joan R. Ford, 94, of Findlay, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, April 29, 2024, at Bridge Hospice Care Center surrounded by her loving family.

She was born Sept. 13, 1929, in Leipsic, to Harold and Chloe (Taylor) Reynolds.

Joan was a member of Church of the Living God. Over the past 13 years, she lived with her daughter and best friend, Kris Depuy, who will always cherish the blessing and privilege of caring for her mother.

Joan is survived by her children, Kris Depuy and Gary (Sandy) Ford; grandchildren, Molly (Josh) Merkle, Stevie (Jon) Edwards, Ryan Ford, Dustin (Mayu) Ford, Carl (Josie) Ford, Ben (Brittini) Depuy, Taylor (Scott) Grismore, and Morgan (T.J.) Smith; 17 great-grandchildren and one on the way; one great-great-grandchild; siblings, Jim (Hellen) Reynolds and Paul (LaDonna) Reynolds; daughter-in-law, Jan Ford; and special friend, Amber (Danny) Thomas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Greg Ford.

Joan's private graveside service will be at Maple Grove Cemetery.

HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, 419-422-1500, has been entrusted with arrangements.

In Joan's honor, donations can be made to Church of the Living God, 701 N. Main St., Findlay, Ohio, 45840, or Upper Room Church of God, 520 W. Bigelow Ave., Findlay, Ohio, 45840.
