Jason Tyler Alford

Jason Tyler Alford, 22, of Findlay, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025. He was born to Richard and Brittany Metzler, February 10, 2003, in Findlay. He is survived by his stepbrother, Zachariah Metzler; stepsister, Caylin (Austin) Busler of Findlay; half sister, Brya Sylvia; and grandparents, Debra Alford of Logan, Utah, and Joyce Arnett of North Baltimore.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Alford and Richard Metzler.

He enjoyed soccer, baseball, bowling, gaming and writing songs and stories.

Funeral service for Jason will begin at noon Saturday, November 1, 2025, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2800 Crystal Ave, Findlay, where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of service. Burial will follow at Knollcrest Gardens, east of Findlay. Arrangements have been entrusted to COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME.
