James Farrell Obituary
James Robert Farrell II, 77, of Findlay, died Thursday, Oct. 6, 2022, at his residence. Jim was born June 16, 1945, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to the late Robert J. and Grace (Leonard) Farrell. He married Helen Young on Aug. 14, 1965, and she survives.
Jim is also survived by two sons, James (Barbara) Farrell of Forest and Jason Farrell (Rhonda) of Pierson, Florida; three grandchildren, Jamie (Dustin) Rickle, Kyle Farrell (Audrey), and Regan Farrell; two great-grandchildren, Piper and Violet Rickle; brother, Greg Farrell of Findlay; and sisters, Penny (Joe) Fruth of Alvada and Melinda (Edward) Taylor of Findlay.
Jim was preceded in death by a sister, Pam Barto; and brother, Jeffrey Farrell, who died in infancy.
Jim was employed at Cooper Tire and Rubber Company before his retirement. He was an avid car enthusiast. Jim also enjoyed hunting and Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022, at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home, 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay. Jim's funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. David Odegard officiating. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jim's honor may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
