Gerald "Gary" Baird

Gerald "Gary" Baird, 75, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023, at Blanchard Valley Hospital.

He was born June 7, 1947, in Genoa, to William Ward Baird and Beatrice Plantz Baird.

Gary was a 1965 graduate of Genoa High School and went into U.S. Army to serve during the Vietnam War. He followed his love of cars, working in the car sales industry for 44 years, having many job titles in Toledo, Maumee, and Findlay.

Gary is survived by his wife, Sheryl; two sons, Matthew (Kristy) Baird and Timothy Baird; stepson, Jason (Kim) Jennings; stepdaughter, Mindee (Alex) Egoavil; two brothers, Bill Baird and Bob (Janeen) Baird; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Gerald was preceded in death by his mother and father; daughter, Gail Wilkins; and the mother of his children, Margie Baird.

There will be no services at this time.

HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500), is honored to serve the family of Gary.

To Sheryl and the entire family!
I am saddened to hear of Gary´s passing!
As believers, we know that we will all be together again! That is a promise!
It´s never "Goodbye", it´s "See you soon!".
