George Middleton Obituary
George E. Middleton, 71, of Jenera, passed away Thursday, Aug. 1, 2024.
He was born July 2, 1953, in Findlay, to M.H. "Red" and Rose Marie (Sauter) Middleton.
George married Janet Marquart on Oct. 26, 1980, and she survives along with a daughter, Jessica (Ken) Bowersock of Findlay; brothers, John (Carol) Middleton, James (Nancy) Middleton, and David (Susie) Middleton all of Findlay; sisters, Judith (Marvin) Sallee of Kenton, Martha (Kenneth) Barker of Alger, Carolyn Gregg of Findlay, and Ginny (Stacy) Bishop of Van Buren; and two grandchildren, Camerin Sierra and Mattison Bowersock.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Matthew Middleton.
George was a 1971 graduate of Arlington High School and worked for Vaughn Industries as a carpenter and electrician. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, watching Dale Earnhardt, NASCAR races, and following his grandchildren's sporting events.
George's graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, 2024, at Bishop Cemetery, Eagle Township.
Memorial contributions can be made in memory of George to organ and tissue transplant charities.

I worked with George back in the 80's and 90's great friend. We faithfully went fishing almost every weekend at the Findlay reservoir in my little 16 foot outboard boat. Always had wonderful time even if the fish weren't cooperating. Time can seperate people but Great memories bring you back together. Praying for a peace for the family, a peace that only God can bring. John 3:16-21.
