Every time Ralph and Lizzy would walk into Texas Roadhouse, it would put a smile on my face. I enjoyed chatting with both of them when I wasn't busy and had time to stay at the table for a while. Sometimes I could only wave and say Hi, but Liz would always flash me that beautiful smile of hers. Sometimes when I would stop and talk, she would take hold of my hand and not let go while Ralph and I discussed gutters, heating and air conditioning, outdoor work or any other random thing. She was always generous with the hugs and sometimes I would get a kiss on the cheek and a "love you". Rest peacefully beautiful soul. You will always be remembered.
