Edward R. Soisson

Edward R. Soisson, 77 of Findlay passed away Monday, February 10, 2025 at 4:43 p.m. at Hospice Care Center, Findlay. Edward was born October 14, 1947 in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, to the late Charles & Pauline (Skalecki) Soisson. Ed married Shaun A. (Palmore) November 21, 1970 and she survives along with daughters, Amanda Soisson of Findlay and Nicole Soisson of Carey. He has one granddaughter, Bailey Mitchell of Findlay. He is also survived by three sisters, Barbara Callaghan of Findlay, Catherine Hartman of Findlay and Debra (David) Striner of Connellsville, Pennsylvania. He also has a host of nieces and nephews.

Ed was the former owner and operator of C&S Radiator for over 45 years. Ed graduated in 1965 from Connellsville High School. He moved to California after graduation and then returned to Findlay to start C&S Radiator.

Ed loved every sport including basketball, golf, soccer but especially hockey and football. He enjoyed playing cards, being outdoors and loved being by the ocean.

The family would like to thank Bridge Hospice Staff for their care during these difficult times.

Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. Thursday, February 13, 2025, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, February 14, 2025, with Pastor Michael VanDenEynde. Private family burial will follow at Knollcrest Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to JDRF, Alzheimer's Association or to the family.
