Edward Warren "Fast Ed" Bright

Edward Warren "Fast Ed" Bright, 67, of Findlay, passed away at 3:48 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2023, at his residence.

Edward was born April 8, 1955, to Earl and Nina (Harris) Bright, who preceded him in death.

Edward was a painter and mechanic for Ohio Peterbilt. Fast Ed was a car enthusiast. He loved working on and painting cars, watching NASCAR on Sundays, and working on computers, but most importantly were his daughters and his family.

He is survived by two ex-wives, Sandi Lanagan and Connie Miller; three daughters, Desirae Bright of Lima, Ohio, Dawn Bright of Fostoria, and Miranda (Kaylee) Eagon of Rawson; brother, Kenneth (Sherry) Bright of Clinton, Arkansas; four sisters, Bev (Ernie) Davis of Findlay, Kathy Cramer of Findlay, Maryanne Jenkins of Florida, and Merriam of Mansfield; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Edward was preceded in death by three brothers, Russ, Don, and Ron Hall; infant sister, Alice M. Hall; and grandson, David Barnd III.

Visitation will be 12-1 p.m. Thursday, March 30, 2023, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, 205 West Sandusky St., Findlay. Ed's funeral will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Mike VanDeneynde officiating. Burial will follow at Knollcrest Gardens, east of Findlay.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Edward to offset funeral expenses.
