Diane Hill Obituary

Diane K. Hill

Diane Kay Hill, 72, passed away at Birchaven. She was born February 28, 1953, to Dale "Sonny" and Dorothy (Waller) Hill. They preceded her in death, as well as a brother, Dennis Wayne Hill.

Diane is survived by her sister, Sharon Hill; her brother, Dale (Kay) Hill; aunts and uncle, Carolyn and Jerry Arnold and Sharon Waller; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her cat, Tiger Lily.

Diane had many jobs over the years. First at Malloy's restaurant, then grooming harness race horses, shoe repair at Meijer, and factory work. Diane went to clown camp and enjoyed her costume, but her biggest love was her animals, mainly horses and cats. Tuffy was the first of many horses, while Mande, a black and white paint, was her favorite. But the $50 she spent on a little grey pony, Pixie, was the best $50 she ever spent.

HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500) is honored to serve Diane's family.

I grew up on the same street as Diane. We were 3 houses apart. Diane was more than a neighbor, she was a friend. I always loved going to the Hill home. We played lots of badminton in the summer, Those were the fun days. She was fun to be with.
