Deborah Frantz Obituary

Deborah Kay Frantz

Deborah Kay (Fye) Frantz, 75, of Findlay, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 7:10 a.m. at The Manor of Greendale in Findlay, surrounded by her loving family.

Deb was born July 14, 1950, in Richmond, Indiana, to the late Lawrence and Margaret (Driskoll) Fye. She married Lewis "Lou" Frantz, November 8, 1991, and they spent 34 wonderful years together. Lou survives in Findlay.

Deb is also survived by her sons, Mike (Jody) Schock and Sean Schock; stepsons, Bill (Mary Lynn) Frantz; stepdaughters, LouAnn (Mark) Hartman and Lisa (Dale Mills) Brooks; grandchildren, Zachary and Emily; stepgrandchildren, Matthew (Allison), Corey (Rachel), Whittany (Chad), Madison (Cole), Zoe, Trinity, Zane, TJ (Kayla), Preston (Jessica), and Garrett (Sara); 14 great-grandchildren, with one on the way; and brother, Gary (Charlene) Fye.

She was preceded in death by her stepsister, Diana (Lowell) Roberts.

Deb was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Findlay. She was also an active member of Moose Lodge No. 698. Deb was a super cook and could make most anything, and it would turn out delicious. She loved being involved with her grandkids and was always the loudest supporter at their Arlington ball games. Her collection of rock & roll records was always her favorite listen.

A Celebration of Life will take place at Moose Lodge, 1028 W. Main Cross St., Findlay, at a later date. COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, is honored to assist with arrangements.
