Deb Rader Obituary

Deb Rader

Deb Rader, 69, of McComb, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Mercy Health - St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo.

Deb was born Sept. 8, 1953, in Bluffton, to Walter and Marcella (Latta) George. She married Butch Rader on Dec. 22, 2001, and he preceded her in death Feb. 18, 2013.

Deb is survived by her daughters, Angie (Scott) Garlock of Findlay and Dawn (Jon) Snider of Findlay; sisters, Pat (Bob) Foltz of Toledo and Beth (Bill) Dreyer of Findlay; grandchildren, Brandon (Kelly) of Texas, Taylor, Carson, Kameron, and Lincoln Garlock of Findlay, Griffin, Jordan, Riley, and Madi Snider of Findlay; great-grandchildren, Hailey and Weston Garlock of Texas; aunts and uncles; many cousins and nieces; a nephew; and best friends, Joan Crouse and Sue Robinson.

Deb loved watching Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr., NASCAR races, and Cleveland Indians baseball games. She enjoyed taking rides on the motorcycle, Michigan trips, vacationing at the beach, and an out west trip with Butch. She especially loved family time that included cookouts, get togethers, holidays, celebrating every birthday, anniversary, and graduation of those she loved. She loved cheering on her grandkids during each sporting or school event. She enjoyed sleepovers with the grandkids, going out for breakfast, running errands, and shopping with family. Family was the most important thing to Deb. Her greatest joys were her daughters and grandchildren. She loved being a mom and grandma. She was a loving and caring wife, daughter, mom, grandma, and friend. She would do anything for anyone. She loved the time she spent with family and friends and will truly be missed by all that loved her.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Hanneman Funeral Home, McComb. Deb's funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at the funeral home with the Rev. Bob Foltz officiating. Burial will follow at McComb Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hanneman Funeral Home.

The family would like to thank St. Vincent Medical Center and the nurses and doctors for their compassionate care.

My sincere sympathy to Deb´s family. Like Judy, I have so many memories of the family `get togethers´ at Grammie Latta´s house and the Green Mill roller skating rink in Findlay. Again, I am so sorry for your loss.

To Deb's girls and their families, we send out deepest sympathy to all of you. As cousins our fondest childhood memories were at Grammies at most Holidays. Our condolences.
