Danny A. Fagan

Danny A. Fagan passed away Sunday, February 8, 2026, at the age of 66, following a tragic accident in October 2025. He was born May 25, 1959, in Findlay.

He was a proud graduate of Cory-Rawson High School, Class of 1977.

Danny began working at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company at just 18 years old and dedicated 46 years of his life there before retiring, a testament to his strong work ethic and commitment. After retirement, he continued serving his community in a role he truly loved, working as a zoning inspector for Marion Township and Cass Township.

He met the love of his life, Connie (Basinger) Fagan, at a pizza place on Trenton Avenue, beginning a love story that would last 45 years. Together, they raised three children, Jennifer (Matt) Mutchler, Jason (Amanda) Fagan, and Brittany (Matt) Heater.

Danny was a devoted and proud grandfather to six grandchildren, Quinn and Emery Mutchler, Noah and Parker Fagan, and Colton and Cooper Heater, whom he adored deeply.

He is survived by his loving wife, Connie (Basinger) Fagan; his mother, Clara (Click) Fagan; his siblings, Christine Hazelton, Connie Grunden, John Fagan, and Nancy Oman; and his best friend, Joe Granger.

He was preceded in death by his father, Danny Fagan; his brother, David Fagan; and his dear friend, Malcolm Badertscher.

He will be dearly missed by us all, and Connie wants him to remember that she will love him forever.

Visitation for Danny will be from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2026, with Funeral Service to begin at 1 p.m. at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay. A private burial service will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery.

Memorial contribu-tions may be made in Danny's name to a charity of donor's choice.
