John Mulligan
July 11, 2023
Dear Brianna, Marty, Anthony, and Walter. I am so very sorry for your loss. My name is John Mulligan and I used to live at 2264 Powell. I am really sad about Danny. I have some great memories of us growing up. We would go up to Castle Hill Ave for pizza and go to Steve's bakery for Italian ices. We also would go to Wetsons for burgers on Castle Hill, & Bruckner. We sometimes took our bikes to Ferry Point Park to fish. We never did catch any thing but we had a blast. At Christmas time his dad would make the letter M with Christmas lights and Danny liked that alot. We went to the movies alot and we were always playing sports. I remember playing box ball and ace, king , queen. We had a great time on the 4th of July shooting off fireworks. I remember his mom and she was such a friendly person. Always smiling and when I went over to Danny's house she always welcomed me. Great memories. As we got older we drifted apart a bit but any time we saw each other we would ask how is it going? What are you up to these days?
We were still good friends even though we went our different ways. I remember he had a blue Monte Carlo and he was showing me the car. Than he said let's go to the white castle. We both loved white castle. I feel fortunate that Danny was my friend growing up. I have lots of memories and Danny was part of those memories. Thanks Danny. I will always have those memories . You were a great friend.
Brianna, Marty, Anthony, and Walter. You are in my prayers.
