Cheryl Crossmon Obituary
Cheryl L. Crossmon, 74, of rural Arlington, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Arlington Good Samaritan Center.
She was born Dec. 18, 1948, the only child born to Orville and Bernita (Krock) Essinger, who preceded her in death. She married Robert Crossman on Oct. 3, 1975, and he survives.
Cheryl is also survived by two children, Katie Crossmon and Sean Crossmon.
She was a 1966 graduate of Arlington High School and homemaker throughout her life. Cheryl was a member of Good Hope Lutheran Church where her service to God was fulfilled as a Sunday School teacher for over 50 years. She was an animal lover.
Cheryl's funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at Good Hope Lutheran Church, Arlington, with Pastor Steve Ramsey officiating. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at CRATES FUNERAL HOME, and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Arlington Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to Bridge Hospice.

To Cheryl's family.......I am so sorry for your loss, I have so many happy memories of working with her at school for fun raisers and room mothers esp since Sean and my son Adam Dodge were in the same class. What a wonderful caring lady she was. Loved her smile!
