Carson will forever be a role model to me. We met when I was in 7th grade at open mats for wrestling. I noticed his work ethic immediately. Hes inspired me to grow as a person and wrestler. He always found ways to make the room laugh when it was quiet. He'll be remembered as an amazing friend, brother and son. Rest easy Carson.

Carson was a fun student. I was his technology teacher and then later his librarian. I worked in the schools he attended in K-5). I have many fond memories of him.
When we first met, he did not like my technology class. I taught them how to type using the home row. He made it clear he just wanted to play games on the computer. I challenged him to a typing contest one day. From that day on, it became his goal to type faster than I did.
When Carson was finishing his 5th grade year, we had a conversation in the hall about 6th grade. I remember him being surprised that he wouldn´t see me at his new school the next year. When he moved from the primary building to elementary, I was working in both schools, so he still saw me. Apparently, 5th grade Carson just thought I would be traveling to his next school too.
I recently commented on a FB posts of his and we reconnected. He made my day when he talked about having another typing contest. I wish I would have seen him to make this happen.
Thank you for sharing him with me. We were not supposed to have favorites, but he was one of mine.
I am praying for your family and all those whose lives he touched.
