Carol Louise Myers

Carol Louise Myers, 92, of Findlay, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, at her residence with her family by her side.

She was born June 6, 1932, in Toledo, the daughter of George and Carol (Cordell) Turner. Carol married Larry Dean Myers on Sept. 11, 1950, and he preceded her in death Feb. 26, 2006.

Carol's survivors include her son, Jeffrey (Lynn) Myers of Findlay; daughters, Patti (Randy) Wynkoop of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Robin (Bob) Willford of Findlay; 13 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Deborah Kibble; one brother; and four sisters.

Carol was formerly employed at the RCA and Cooper Tire factories as a key punch operator and owned and operated the Chateau Coiffure Beauty Salon in Findlay for 46 years. Carol was a 63-year member of Upper Room Church of God, Findlay, serving as a Sunday School Teacher, Junior Church Leader, and had a heart for missions. She was the former president of the Ladies Ministry and member for 30 years where she was honored by the State of Ohio for her duties. She also enjoyed crafting of any kind and going to the beach or to the mountains.

Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024, at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, Findlay, and 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2024, until the time of Carol's service at 11 a.m. at Upper Room Church of God, Findlay, with Bishop Adam Willford and Bishop Terry McBeath officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Findlay.

Memorial contributions may be directed towards Upper Room Church of God.
